Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation, corruption and fraud. The bidder must show annual turnover of at least EUR 150,000 in the field of sale of information technology equipment for each of the last three completed financial years before the start of the procurement. In addition, the bidder must have properly performed at least 2 similar contracts for the supply of business-class computer equipment and/or monitors during the 36 months before the start of the procurement, with each contract valued at at least EUR 50,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must submit in the ESPD the turnover confirmation and a list of completed contracts with their value, dates and the other contracting parties, including the contact person's name and contact details.
