The machine-readable notice included one exclusion ground: the contracting authority may restrict participation based on the bidder’s country of establishment or residence, as set out in the tender documents. The bidder must confirm whether this restriction applies to it. If the exact exclusion grounds need to be checked, they must be verified in the tender documents.

The bidder must have completed at least five construction contracts similar to the subject matter of the tender or of similar scale within the last five years. A list of those major contracts must be provided, including their value, signing dates and the other contracting parties. The project manager must have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager and at least a technical applied higher education qualification. For the project manager, the bidder must submit a list of at least five works carried out in the last five years and a copy of the document proving the required education. As compliance requirements, the bidder must confirm that the bid complies with all conditions set out in the tender documents and must submit the bid price in the required structure. Conditional bids are not allowed.
