Reconstruction of water infrastructure, including a pumping station

The bidder must not have outstanding public taxes, duties, environmental charges, or tax or social security contributions under the applicable law. The bidder must not have a conflict of interest in connection with participation in the tender. The bidder must also not be bankrupt, undergoing liquidation, or in a similar situation. The bidder must confirm that these exclusion circumstances do not apply.

The bidder must have completed at least three similar projects during the 5 years preceding the publication of the tender. Similar projects are industrial water treatment or pumping station reconstruction projects; at least one project must have had a value of at least EUR 80,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must provide a short description of the works, their value, the performance period, the client’s name, and the name and contact details of the client’s representative. The tender must include a technical description of the works to be performed and the equipment to be installed, including equipment manufacturers and models. The tender must comply with all procurement document requirements, and conditional tenders are not permitted. Where necessary, the bidder must explain equivalence and provide supporting evidence. The tender price must be submitted using the structure specified by the contracting authority. The reconstruction works must be completed within 12 months of signing the works contract, and the tender must remain valid for 6 months from the submission deadline.
