Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds in the ESPD. The notice includes criminal conviction grounds such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other mandatory exclusion grounds. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed by the procurement documents or by law.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must submit the ESPD and confirm compliance with the tender documents. The procurement is divided into four lots, and a tender may be submitted for up to four lots. For lot 1, at least one project manager CV must be provided together with the required solution description.
The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents. If the tender documents require experience, turnover, a certificate, registration, a team member or any other proof, it must be submitted with the tender.
