The bidder’s total annual turnover for each of the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 50,000. The bidder must confirm this in the ESPD, and on request submit the financial statements or extracts for the last three financial years if the turnover data are not available from a public register. The bid must include the completed Annex 3 cost schedule and must follow the structure and conditions set out in the tender documents. If an equivalent solution is offered, it must be explained and evidence of equivalence must be attached.
