Purchase and rental of laptops and monitors for Tallinn city authorities and institutions

The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including that neither the bidder nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, nor persons authorised to represent or control it, have been finally convicted of participation in a criminal organisation within the last five years, unless the exclusion period has expired or the tender documents allow self-cleaning. The tender documents also include the usual exclusion checks under Estonian law.

The bidder’s total annual turnover for each of the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 200,000. If the bidder relies on the capacities of another company, the bid must also include that company’s details and a statement that both companies are jointly and severally liable for the part of the contract performed on the basis of those capacities. This turnover requirement applies separately to Lot 1.
