Reception and security services in Tarnów for 2027–2028

Summary

The tender concerns reception and security services at the Tarnów Business Incubator and facilities and grounds belonging to TKP S.A. for 2027–2028. Reception staff will work on weekdays from 7:00 to 19:00, covering reception points in two buildings. Security patrols will cover an area of approximately 6 hectares from 19:00 to 7:00 on weekdays and around the clock on non-working days, Sundays and public holidays. The entire area must be patrolled at least once every two hours, using a different route each time; 11 checkpoints must be installed to verify patrols. The work includes guarding buildings and grounds, monitoring entrances and CCTV, responding to alarms, reporting incidents and hazards, and assisting occupants and visitors. Manual snow clearance and spreading grit or salt on walkways may also be required, as well as keeping shared areas tidy. The contractor must maintain, repair and service CCTV, access-control and intrusion-alarm systems. The contract includes 9 maintenance inspections: the initial inspection within 10 days of the contract start and the next 8 at three-month intervals. Systems must be serviced quarterly, and repair action must begin within 24 hours of a fault being reported. The bidder must submit the completed offer form and required declarations and provide staff with the required medical clearance, professional preparation, and valid occupational health and safety and fire-safety training. Personnel carrying out technical maintenance must hold an E-type electrical qualification for equipment and networks up to 1 kV and a first-degree technical security worker licence.
