Public space maintenance services for 12 months on a continuous-order basis

Summary

The Municipality of Sintra is procuring public-space repair and maintenance services for 12 months in 2027, on a continuous-order basis. The work includes masonry, paving, asphalt, metalwork, plumbing and general labour, with teams supported by vehicles with a capacity of up to 3,500 kg and machinery of up to 2,500 kg. Services will be provided in 15 areas of the municipality, with a contract ceiling of EUR 700,000 excluding VAT.
