Supply of consumables for criminal investigation

Summary

The tender covers the supply, in 12 lots, of consumables for criminal investigations for the Portuguese National Republican Guard (Guarda Nacional Republicana). Goods include evidence packaging and tamper-evident sealing supplies, trace and fingerprint collection materials, footwear and tyre impression kits, and filters for forensic equipment and electronic repair supplies. Individual lot budgets are set out in the tender documents; the overall maximum price is EUR 138,996.75 excluding VAT. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, but must offer every item in each lot they bid for. Price is the sole award criterion, and the compliant bid with the lowest price is preferred for each lot. The bid must include unit and total prices excluding VAT, the required declaration, technical information, and Portuguese-language catalogues or equivalent documents. Samples are mandatory for the goods specified in Lots 1, 2, 5, 7, 10 and 11; failure to provide them may result in rejection. Delivery is due within 30 days of receipt of the order. Goods carry a minimum three-year warranty after acceptance. The bid and contract performance must comply with the technical specifications for the relevant lots and the other tender-document requirements.
