Supply and maintenance of a telescopic multipurpose forklift

Summary

Águas de Santo André is procuring one telescopic multipurpose forklift, including registration and legalisation, initial training for operators and maintenance technicians, and three years of preventive maintenance and technical support. The estimated price is EUR 74,000 for the equipment and EUR 9,000 for the services, both excluding VAT; the overall contract ceiling is EUR 83,000 excluding VAT. The machine must be delivered to the ETA de Morgavel site within 90 days of contract signature. The contract runs for one year and may be renewed twice, for a maximum total term of three years. The forklift must have a rated capacity of at least 2,500 kg, a lifting height of at least 5.80 m and a reach of at least 3.40 m; a diesel engine and hydrostatic transmission are required, as is a top speed of at least 25 km/h. The machine is also subject to limits for dimensions, weight, hydraulic performance, noise and vibration, and must be approved and registered for road use. A ROPS/FOPS-protected cab and specified work and safety accessories are required. The bid must include a technical description and manufacturer evidence, delivery and warranty terms, a maintenance plan and a unit-price schedule. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 18:00 and remain valid for 90 days. Variant bids and a tender guarantee are not permitted or required, respectively.
