Summary

The bidder must submit the required qualification documents as specified in the tender documents. These include: RCBE registration evidence; evidence of beneficial ownership where applicable; power of attorney for signing; anti-corruption plan; necessary public works licenses (alvará de empreiteiro de obras públicas) with subcategories 4, 5, 7 and 11 from the first category; if applicable, evidence for subcontractors; Anexo II (declaration of qualification) and Anexo IV (grouping declaration). All documents must be in Portuguese, with translations if necessary. For consortia, all members must provide the corresponding documents.
