Supply of goods and services for maintenance of fire-safety equipment at TRATOLIXO facilities, by lots

Summary

The tender covers the supply of goods and preventive, scheduled and corrective maintenance services for fire-safety equipment at TRATOLIXO facilities in Portugal, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers extinguishers, hose reels and fire hydrants, automatic fire detection systems, water-based fixed extinguishing systems and sprinkler networks, fire-water supply sources, pumping stations, smoke-control systems and breathing apparatus. Lot 2 covers an automatic fire detection and extinguishing system. The total maximum value is EUR 110,903.12 excluding VAT: EUR 107,983.12 for Lot 1 and EUR 2,920.00 for Lot 2. The contracts run for 12 months. The lowest total price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted by 22 September 2026 at 17:00 through the VORTAL platform, and must remain valid for 120 days. Variant or conditional bids are not permitted and no bid security is required.
