Cleaning service for the needs of Healthcare Organization No. 2 in Rzeszów – Tender II

Summary

The tender concerns a 12-month cleaning and maintenance service for Healthcare Organization No. 2 in Rzeszów. The work includes cleaning premises and windows in accordance with healthcare sanitation requirements, disinfection, maintaining the areas around the buildings, winter snow and ice removal, and summer mowing, sweeping and maintenance of external vegetation. The service will be provided at the specialist clinics at 9 and 7C Fredry Street in Rzeszów, with stated areas of 4,521 m² and 192.93 m² respectively. The bidder must demonstrate at least two cleaning services performed or being performed for healthcare institutions during the last three years, with a gross value of at least PLN 300,000 each. The tender must include references or other evidence of proper performance, a list of cleaning products with the required safety and conformity documents, a statement of the number of personnel and a signed work schedule. The evaluation gives 60% to price and 40% to the number of full-time-equivalent positions proposed for carrying out the service. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish through the contracting authority’s platform by 10:00 on 16 September 2026. Partial tenders and a tender guarantee are not provided for in the notice.
