Provision of security and surveillance services for the Algarve region

Summary

The tender concerns combined manned guarding and security services, together with connection to an alarm receiving and monitoring centre, for the Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional facilities across the Algarve region. The contract runs for five months, from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027, with a maximum value of EUR 280,699.57 excluding VAT. Estimated quantities include 22,008.50 hours of normal daytime guarding, 2,583.50 hours of normal night guarding, additional holiday and extra services, 140 alarm-monitoring connections and 3 intervention call-outs. Price is the only award criterion, and the lowest total price is selected. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 23:59 and remain binding for 66 days. A 3% performance security is required for contracts of at least EUR 200,000.
