Subscription-based procurement of UiPath or equivalent software licences for a robotic process automation solution

Summary

The tender concerns a 24-month subscription for UiPath or equivalent software licences supporting robotic process automation. The required quantities are six named-user developer licences, three unattended robot licences and three unattended robot test licences. The package must include updates, fixes and software support. An equivalent solution must provide comparable specifications, functionality and capacity, integrate fully with the existing environment, and avoid adverse effects on security, availability or service continuity. Where necessary, the supplier must migrate and integrate the existing solution, conduct testing, remedy errors, install the solution and provide at least 80 hours of training. Licences must be activated within 5 working days of contract commencement; an equivalent solution must be harmonised within a further 10 working days and placed into production within 20 working days after activation and access are validated. The estimated maximum value is EUR 124,800 excluding VAT. Price is the only award criterion, and offers exceeding the total price ceiling or the stated component price ceilings will be rejected. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for at least 66 days. Variant tenders are not permitted and no bid guarantee is required.
