Summary

The tender concerns the rehabilitation of corridor roofs at Buildings B, E, F, G, I and L of the University of Porto - Faculty of Engineering (FEUP). The works include demolition and removal of existing elements, installation of a new waterproofing system with PVC membranes, insulation work (XPS on the roofs and ETICS on façades), repositioning of existing elements and protective measures, auxiliary works for AVAC equipment relocation, painting, general cleaning and final handover, and compliance with safety and waste management provisions.
