Support service for Load Balancer devices used by the State Medical Rescue Dispatch Support System

Summary

The contracting authority, the Polish Air Medical Rescue Service, is procuring 24 months of manufacturer or manufacturer-authorised support for four existing virtual F5 BIG-IP Load Balancer devices used by the State Medical Rescue Dispatch Support System data centres: two 1 Gbps devices and two 200 Mbps devices. The service includes remote technical support, repairs and access to manufacturer support resources and software updates. The procurement is not divided into lots.
