Development, maintenance and support services for the DGRM Smartdocs document management system

Summary

Portugal’s Directorate-General for Natural Resources, Safety and Maritime Services is procuring three years of development, maintenance and support services for its Smartdocs document management system, or an equivalent system, together with additional services provided through an hours bank. The procurement has two lots: software maintenance and repair, with a maximum value of EUR 301,900.15 excluding VAT, and data-network management and support, with a maximum value of EUR 114,200.01 excluding VAT. The total maximum value is EUR 416,100.16 excluding VAT.
