Update of the Multidisciplinary Design for Fire-Safety Adaptation of the Office Building at Aleje Jerozolimskie 87 in Warsaw

Summary

The Polish Economic Institute is commissioning an update and verification of the multidisciplinary building and detailed design for adapting its office building at Aleje Jerozolimskie 87 in Warsaw to current fire-safety requirements. The work includes a building inventory, fire-safety and building-services designs, technical specifications, bills of quantities and investor’s cost estimates, prepared for phased construction while the building remains in use. The documentation is to be supplied in six paper copies of the designs and in two electronic copies; the procurement is not divided into lots.
