The Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) is procuring one portable monitoring receiver for radio-spectrum monitoring, interference detection and direction finding, and radio-signal analysis. The receiver must work with UKE’s existing Rohde & Schwarz HE300 and HE400 directional antennas and be supplied with the accessories needed for operation at UKE’s Warsaw headquarters. The procurement is a single, undivided lot.
