Modernisation and design-build upgrade of the protective structure at the Dzierżoniów Fire Service Headquarters

Summary

The Dzierżoniów County State Fire Service Headquarters is procuring the design and modernisation of the existing protective structure at 26 Piłsudskiego Street, upgrading it to S-0 protection standards and creating a temporary shelter for at least 43 people. The base scope covers design and approvals, building, structural and finishing works, and electrical, telecommunications, ventilation, heating and sanitary systems. The contract is not divided into lots; optional modules O1–O8 cover protective and fire doors, an emergency exit, filtered ventilation, water and sanitation systems, energy storage, shelter equipment, final testing and training. The combined gross value of the optional modules is capped at PLN 350,000.
