Improving energy efficiency through insulation and renewable energy at the public building in Stępów

Summary

The City and Municipality of Kiernozia is procuring design and construction works under a design-and-build arrangement for the public building at Stępów 31B in Stępów. The works include thermal insulation, roof repairs and insulation, partial replacement and disposal of the asbestos-containing roof covering, replacement of windows and doors, and heating, electrical and finishing works. A wood-pellet boiler, a photovoltaic installation with energy storage, and a building energy-management system will be installed; the contract also includes design, obtaining permits, author’s supervision and as-built documentation. The works must be completed within six months of contract signing; this procurement covers one building and has no separate lots.
