Conversion of Utility Rooms into a Village Community Centre

Summary

Gmina Wilków is procuring the conversion and change of use of utility rooms in a school building in Idzikowice into a village community centre. The works include internal construction and installation work, an external staircase, and water supply, drainage, heating, ventilation and electrical systems; the school will remain in operation during construction. The contract is not divided into lots, and the community centre’s furnishings are being procured separately.
