Supply of a light rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Borowo
Summary
One new, 2026-model-year light rescue and firefighting vehicle with 4×2 drive is being procured for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Borowo. The vehicle must meet light class L requirements, have a gross vehicle weight of no more than 3,500 kg and seat six people. Among other specifications, it must have a Euro 6 diesel engine with a displacement of at least 1,900 cm³ and output of at least 120 kW, an aluminium firefighting-equipment body, emergency acoustic and visual warning systems, and a water tank of at least 300 litres integrated with a 30-litre foam-agent tank. It must include a high-pressure water-and-foam unit rated at no less than 50 l/min at 40 bar and a quick-attack hose of at least 60 m. The vehicle must be registrable in Poland and hold CNBOP approval for use. The supplier must install additional equipment provided by the purchaser, deliver the documents needed for registration and train the purchaser’s representatives to operate the vehicle. Delivery is due within 45 days of signing the contract and no later than 10 December 2026. The required warranty is at least 24 months, and the liability period for defects is 24 months. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the offered warranty must be between 24 and 60 months. The bidder must have completed at least one delivery of a light rescue and firefighting vehicle worth at least PLN 200,000 gross in the preceding three years. The bid must include the required declarations and evidence of experience. No bid guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract price and the required liability insurance before signing the contract.
