Supply of engineering equipment for emergency response to crisis events

Summary

Gmina Rogóźno is procuring one complete set consisting of a new self-propelled engineering vehicle, a front loader from the same manufacturer, a universal bucket and pallet forks. The equipment is intended for emergency response and to support civilian protection, including clearing roads of mud, snow, rubble and fallen trees, and moving sand, pallets and relief supplies. The bidder must offer a compatible, complete set meeting the minimum technical requirements in the tender documents. The vehicle must be a 2026 model or newer, have four-wheel drive and produce 110–120 hp. It must have a Stage V, four-cylinder engine of at least 3.7 litres and at least 400 Nm of torque, with at least 32 forward and 32 reverse gears. The front loader must lift at least 2,100 kg at full height and reach at least 3.5 m. The bucket must be 2.0–2.4 m wide with a capacity of at least 0.7 m³; the forks must have a lifting capacity of at least 1,800 kg. The tender documents set out the full technical requirements for the vehicle and attachments. The bidder must deliver the set to a location designated by the municipality of Rogóźno by 10 December 2026, provide the required Polish-language operating and vehicle documents, and train at least three people at the delivery site. The complete set must have a warranty of at least 24 months, with no engine-hour limit. The service facility must be within 80 km of the Rogóźno municipal office. Participation requires the prescribed bid and declarations concerning exclusion and participation conditions, as well as evidence of the previous delivery experience required in the tender documents; the precise scope of that experience must be checked there.
