Supplementing the equipment of volunteer fire and rescue units in Tarnów municipality

Summary

The tender will supplement the equipment of volunteer fire and rescue units in Tarnów municipality in two lots. Part I covers 37 firefighter helmets, 37 pairs of technical gloves, 37 firefighter balaclavas, 48 sets of station uniforms, 29 sets of specialist firefighting clothing, 27 pairs of specialist boots and 27 pairs of specialist gloves. Part II covers 17 digital handheld radios and 10 digital base radios. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both parts. Products must be new, unused, undamaged and compliant with the technical specifications; country-of-origin restrictions apply to some items. Both parts require a warranty of at least 12 months, and delivery is due within 14 days of signing the contract. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 40%; warranty periods are scored up to 60 months. The contracting authority may exercise an option to increase the order by up to 10% of its value. The offer must include the completed technical specification and required product catalogue sheets; CNBOP approval certificates are also required for specified protective equipment in Part I. Separate past-delivery experience requirements apply to each part.
