Supply of equipment for civil-protection units and the civil-protection warehouse in Skawina
Summary
Skawina Municipality is procuring new rescue and emergency-response equipment for civil-protection units and its civil-protection warehouse under the 2025–2026 population protection programme. The single, indivisible supply comprises 50 sets of work uniforms, 4 breathing-apparatus sets, 20 sets of three-piece specialist protective clothing, 5 sets of 10-metre modular flood barriers, 4 oil-fired heaters, 2 PSP R1 first-aid kits in modular backpacks, 3 AEDs with outdoor cabinets, 10 pairs of specialist firefighter boots, 1 thermal-imaging camera, 12 scoop stretchers and 10 helmets with lamps. The goods must be new and comply with the detailed technical specifications; current CNBOP-PIB approval certificates or equivalent evidence are required for specified equipment. The bid must include the offer form, price schedule and proof of the signatory’s authority, as well as a PLN 4,000 bid guarantee submitted before the deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, and price is the sole award criterion. The contractor must deliver and unload the goods using its own transport within 7 days of contract signature, provide operating documentation, and install the AED units at three locations in Skawina. The contract provides for a 24-month warranty and 24 months of liability for defects.
