Purchase of a Light Rescue and Firefighting Vehicle for the Mężenin Volunteer Fire Brigade

Summary

The contract is for the supply of one new light rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Mężenin Volunteer Fire Brigade. The vehicle must be a model year 2025 or newer, a four-door, five-seat pickup with four-wheel drive and automatic transmission, and meet at least the EURO 6 emissions standard. Requirements include an engine of at least 200 hp, a gross vehicle weight of no more than 3,500 kg, a fuel tank of at least 70 litres, off-road capabilities, and emergency vehicle lights and siren. The technical specification also requires safety and driver-assistance systems, radio equipment, and firefighting and rescue equipment, including a high-pressure water-foam unit with a 300-litre water tank, an electric winch and additional equipment. The supplier must provide a mechanical warranty of at least 24 months and all documents needed to register the vehicle in Poland. Delivery is due by 15 December 2026. The bid must state a fixed total price for the entire supply and offer a warranty period; price accounts for 60% of the score and the warranty and liability period for defects for 40%. The bidder must have properly completed at least one delivery of a new light rescue and firefighting vehicle during the previous three years. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 14 October 2026.
