Supply of a new wheelchair-accessible minibus for a day centre in Malbork

Summary

The contract is for the delivery of one new nine-seat minibus (eight passengers plus a driver) for a day centre in Malbork. The vehicle must be a 2025 or 2026 model, diesel-powered, with an automatic transmission, and adapted to carry at least one wheelchair user. It must include a wheelchair ramp, wheelchair and passenger restraint systems, and homologation for this use. The vehicle must meet the technical and equipment requirements in the tender documents, including the EURO 6 emissions standard; the specified maximum fuel consumption is 8 litres per 100 km. Delivery is due within 120 days of contract signature. Evaluation assigns 60% to price and 40% to the duration of the mechanical warranty. The minimum mechanical warranty is 24 months with no mileage limit, with higher scores for longer cover up to 48 months. A minimum 60-month body perforation warranty and 36-month paintwork warranty are also required. The bidder must submit the vehicle specification form and demonstrate at least one properly completed delivery, in the preceding three years, of a new vehicle for transporting persons with disabilities with a gross value of at least PLN 100,000. The vehicle must be delivered clean and with the required documents, and the supplier must provide free on-site training for at least two drivers or attendants. Bids must be submitted electronically and are evaluated on price and warranty.
