Supply of a tractor and trailer for the Gromadka water and sewerage utility

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of one new agricultural and municipal tractor and one universal goods trailer for the water, sewerage and cleaning utility in Gromadka. The tractor must have 100–130 HP and have been manufactured in 2024 or later; the new trailer must have been manufactured in 2025 or later. Both must meet the technical requirements in the tender documents and be compatible with the buyer’s existing machinery and equipment. The tractor must have four-wheel drive and, among other requirements, meet Stage V emissions standards. The trailer must be suitable for transporting materials and for loading and carrying a mini excavator. The supplier is responsible for and must pay for transport, and must provide the documents needed to register the vehicles in Poland. The bid price must also include a warranty of at least 24 months for the tractor, mandatory servicing for 24 months or until 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, and practical training for two buyer’s employees. Delivery is due within 45 days of signing the contract. A 30-day delivery offer earns 40 evaluation points; offers of 31–44 days or 45 days receive no points for delivery time. An offer exceeding 45 days will be rejected. Price carries a 60% weighting and shortened delivery time 40%. The bidder must demonstrate that it has supplied at least one agricultural tractor with a minimum power of 75 HP during the preceding three years.
