Supply of a used refuse collection vehicle to Sobótka

Summary

The procurement is for one used heavy-duty vehicle for ZUK Hadlux in Sobótka. It must be a rear-loading refuse collection truck for collecting and transporting municipal waste, manufactured in 2022 or later and with no more than 60,000 km on the odometer. The technical specification requires, among other things, a three-axle 6×2 chassis meeting the EURO VI emissions standard, a maximum gross vehicle weight of 26,000 kg and a refuse body with a capacity of at least 19 m³, including a compaction system and container lifting equipment. The offered vehicle must meet the detailed chassis, cab and body requirements. The supplier must deliver the vehicle within five calendar days of signing the contract and provide the documents needed for registration, operating and maintenance manuals, spare-parts catalogues and warranty documents. At handover, the supplier must train 4–6 employees and issue proof of completion. A warranty of at least six months is required for the complete vehicle, along with authorised repair services in Poland. Warranty provisions set response and repair-start deadlines, and a free replacement vehicle must be made available in certain cases of extended downtime. The bidder must demonstrate at least one refuse-truck delivery worth at least PLN 600,000 during a one-year period and provide a PLN 50,000 bid guarantee. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%.
