Supply of a Medium Rescue and Firefighting Vehicle to the Kamionna Volunteer Fire Brigade

Summary

The contract is for one new medium-class 4×4 rescue and firefighting vehicle, including the required equipment, for the Kamionna Volunteer Fire Brigade. The vehicle must meet the technical description and Polish requirements for special-purpose vehicles, have a valid CNBOP-PIB approval certificate and chassis type approval, and be ready for rescue and firefighting operations. The specifications include, among other features, a 3,000-litre water tank, a foam-agent tank with capacity of at least 10% of the water-tank capacity, a two-pressure-range fire pump, four-wheel drive, a six-seat crew cab, a rapid-attack hose of at least 60 m, a water-and-foam monitor and a winch with a pulling capacity of at least 9 tonnes. The gross vehicle weight must not exceed 16,000 kg, and all mandatory minimum technical requirements must be met. The supplier must deliver and transfer ownership of the vehicle no later than 40 days after signing the contract. The price must cover the vehicle, technical quality inspection, training for up to six of the buyer’s representatives, documentation, administrative formalities and delivery with a full fuel tank. The minimum warranty is 24 months; a warranty of up to 36 months earns more evaluation points. Offers are evaluated on price, worth 60 points, and warranty period, worth 40 points. The bidder must have delivered at least one medium fire engine worth at least PLN 800,000 gross during the previous three years and provide supporting evidence. The procurement is not divided into lots, and no bid security is required.
