Purchase and delivery of a Type B ambulance with medical equipment for the healthcare provider in Puławy

A public healthcare provider in Puławy is purchasing one new Type B road ambulance with medical bodywork and equipment, including a patient stretcher and transporter, a portable battery-and-mains suction unit, and a cardiology chair. To participate, the bidder must have properly delivered at least one ambulance with medical equipment worth at least PLN 400,000 gross during the previous three years. The bid must include the completed technical-parameter schedule, manufacturer materials and proof of type approval for the completed vehicle. The required declaration concerning exclusion grounds and participation conditions must also be submitted.
