Adaptation and reconstruction of a manor house

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive adaptation and reconstruction of the existing historic manor house on the grounds of the Agricultural Education Centre school complex in Wojsławice, converting its historic rooms for new uses. The works include site preparation and demolition, masonry, concrete and timber structures, roofing, façade and finishing works, as well as electrical, water, sewage, heating, ventilation and other building systems. The works must be completed by 30 November 2029. Payment is planned in four stages, each capped at 25% of the total contract value. Attendance at the mandatory site visit on 8 October 2026 from 12:00 to 14:00 is required; bids submitted without attendance will be rejected. The tender guarantee is PLN 65,000, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price before signing the contract. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and defect-liability period for general construction and installation works (40%). The minimum warranty is 5 years; a 6-year period earns 20 points and a period of at least 7 years earns 40 points. The completion deadline is 30 November 2029, and bids are due by 12:00 on 19 October 2026.
