Supply of orthodontic dental materials

Summary

The procurement covers 101 types of orthodontic dental materials and accessories, including orthodontic appliances and trainers, expanders, wires and archwires, elastics, ligatures, brackets, adhesives, bands, and instruments used in treatment and dental work. The precise products, specifications and quantities are set out in the tender price form. Bids for separate lots are not permitted, but equivalent products meeting the requirements may be offered. The contract runs for 12 months, with deliveries made against individual orders. Under the contract, each order must be delivered within up to four working days after being placed by email; bidders may offer a delivery period of 3, 4 or 5 working days, which is evaluated separately. The bidder bears delivery costs and risk. Goods are delivered to the central warehouse in Poznań, and each item must have at least six months of usable shelf life remaining on delivery. The contractor must maintain valid documents authorising the products for marketing and must repair or replace defective goods within seven days. The authority may leave part of the contract unpurchased, but at least 80% of its value must be fulfilled. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation and delivery time for 10%; no bid guarantee or performance security is required. The deadline for submitting bids is 12 October 2026 at 11:00.
