Construction of a Dahlia Garden in Skaryszewski Park

Summary

The contract covers the establishment of a dahlia garden in Skaryszewski Park in Warsaw, including the construction and landscaping works specified in the project and care of the planted material. The works include, among other things, work on surfaces and sanitary and electrical installations, landscaping and planting. Construction and landscaping must be completed within 250 days of signing the contract. Care of the planted material lasts 180 days after final acceptance of the works, and the overall contract period is 430 days. The bidder must demonstrate at least two qualifying previous works with a combined gross value of at least PLN 1,000,000 and provide the required construction, surveying, road, electrical, sanitary and horticultural specialists. The bid must cover the entire contract; bids for parts and alternative bids are not allowed. Price is the sole award criterion. A PLN 35,000 bid security is required, and the successful bidder must provide contract-performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Employees carrying out general construction and gardening work must be employed under employment contracts. The deadline for bids is 13 October 2026 at 11:30.
