Supply of Medical Equipment and Furnishings

Summary

The procurement is divided into four lots for medical equipment and accessibility-related items: an adjustable-height gynaecological examination chair, a new lift, an induction loop and 10 blood pressure monitors with various cuff sizes. The supplier must deliver the equipment and, where applicable, assemble, install and commission it and train users. The lift lot also includes necessary adaptation works and obtaining the required acceptance and authorisations for use. All equipment must be new, and the supply and installation process must comply with the EU do-no-significant-harm principle. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The delivery period is 14 days from contract signature for lots 1, 3 and 4, and 60 days for the lift lot. Evaluation is based on price (60%), delivery time (20%) and warranty (20%); shorter delivery times and longer warranties can earn additional points. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13:00 on 12 October 2026. Participation requires evidence of at least one comparable supply completed in the previous three years, together with documents demonstrating product compliance and environmental safeguards.
