Design and modernisation of the multi-purpose sports court in Osjaków – second procedure
Summary
The contract covers the design and modernisation of the multi-purpose sports court in Osjaków under a design-and-build arrangement. The contractor will prepare the design, obtain the necessary permits and approvals, and carry out the construction works: remove and dispose of the existing synthetic turf, dismantle the existing sports equipment, repair the fence and install new mesh, demolish existing paved areas, and install approximately 1,205 m² of new synthetic turf and a paved strip around the court. The works also include benches, a waste bin, U-shaped bicycle racks and court-use rules, surveying, inspections, any required occupancy permits, and handover documentation. The dismantled sports equipment must be handed over to the contracting authority. The contractor must ensure safety during the works because the adjacent school and residential building will remain in use. Completion is required within six months of signing the contract. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and defect-liability period (40%); the minimum required period for construction works and materials is 60 months. Participation requires liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000, relevant experience on a multi-purpose sports court construction, reconstruction or extension project worth at least PLN 300,000, and a suitably qualified designer and construction or works manager. The bid guarantee is PLN 5,000, and the successful bidder must provide performance security of 5% of the contract price.
