Construction of lighting on Gawlika and Imbirowa Streets and the Kalety–Drutarnia route

Summary

The procurement covers two parts of electrical lighting construction works in Kalety. Part I involves installing lighting on Gawlika and Imbirowa Streets: erecting E10.5-type concrete poles and LED luminaires, constructing overhead and underground low-voltage lines and a new SOU cabinet, and protecting low-voltage conductors. Part II covers lighting for the Kalety–Drutarnia route: installing aluminium poles along road section 1–5 and path section 6–34, park and road luminaires, and low-voltage cabling; the project includes an electricity network with a rated voltage of up to 15 kV. The works must follow the design documentation and be completed by 28 December 2026. Bidders may submit an offer for either part or both. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%. The minimum warranty is 36 months; offers receive 10 additional points for each six-month extension, up to 60 months. The bid guarantee is PLN 1,000 for Part I and PLN 4,000 for Part II; upon contract award, the contractor must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the gross contract price. The bidder must have liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000, the specified lighting-works experience and a construction manager qualified for electrical works. Workers performing general construction, installation and electrical tasks must be employed under employment contracts. The bidder should also allow for safe site management, testing and measurements, site protection, and proper disposal of construction waste.
