Construction of a civil-defence warehouse with internal technical infrastructure in Czchów municipality

Summary

The tender covers construction of a civil-defence warehouse and its internal technical infrastructure in Jurków, Czchów municipality. The works include the building’s complete structural frame and internal partitions, insulation and thermal insulation, building and technical installations, and block-paved surfacing. The facility will include warehouse and staff areas, including a laundry room and toilet. Systems include electrical supply and lighting, rooftop photovoltaic panels, lightning protection, water and sewer connections, underfloor heating and gravity ventilation. The contract is not divided into lots. The bidder must have completed at least one building construction, reconstruction, renovation or extension project worth at least PLN 900,000 gross within the previous five years. The required team comprises a qualified construction manager and works managers for electrical and technical installations; one person may hold multiple roles if they have all the required qualifications. The offer must include the required declarations, proof of authority and offer form. The works must be completed within 35 days of contract signature and no later than 11 December 2026. The works warranty must be at least 36 months. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and extended warranty period (40%). No tender guarantee is required. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract value and civil-liability insurance of at least the gross contract value.
