Construction of a recreational shelter and site development on plot no. 4711 in Szynwałd – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a recreational shelter and development of the site on plot no. 4711 in Szynwałd, Stage I. The works include preparing the site, constructing foundations while taking the existing reinforced-concrete slab into account, building the timber shelter walls and roof with roof covering, supplying and installing a barbecue fireplace, and carrying out electrical works, including the power supply, installation and earthing of the main distribution board, lighting, sockets and CCTV. The contract also includes surveying and as-built geodetic records and, where required, obtaining the occupancy permit or documents required for completion-of-construction procedures. The works must be completed within 49 days of signing the contract and no later than 29 December 2026. The bidder must hold third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000 and provide a team including a construction and structural engineering-qualified construction manager and an electrical works manager, each with at least 3 years’ experience. The bid security is PLN 2,000 and performance security is 5% of the total offered price. The offered warranty must be at least 36 months; price carries 60% of the evaluation and warranty period 40%. Workers performing shelter and installation works must be employed under employment contracts. The offer must include the required form and declarations concerning exclusion grounds and participation conditions.
