Construction of the Orlik sports complex, OCR obstacle course and outdoor gym in Rybnik

The contract covers construction of the “Orlik” sports complex in Rybnik-Chwałowice on 1 Maja Street, including a changing and social facilities building, a football pitch, a multi-purpose pitch, an OCR obstacle course and an outdoor gym. The works also include site preparation and landscaping, fencing, lighting, parking spaces, outdoor fixtures and the necessary water, sewerage, stormwater, electrical and district-heating connections. The contractor must follow the design and tender documents, carry out tests and inspections, prepare as-built and geodetic records, and obtain an occupancy permit if required. Price is worth 60 points and the warranty period 40 points: a 60-month warranty earns 0 points, 72 months earns 20 points, and 84 months or more earns 40 points. The tender documents set the construction deadline at no later than 20 September 2027 and the final contract completion deadline at no later than 15 October 2027. However, the bid form states 12 weeks from contract signature, so the applicable deadline should be checked against the current tender documents.
