Purchase and delivery of a crew-cab tipper truck

Summary

The contracting authority seeks one new crew-cab commercial vehicle with a three-way tipper body, seating for at least six people and a gross vehicle weight of no more than 3.5 tonnes. The vehicle must be a 2025 or 2026 model, unused, previously unregistered, and suitable for registration and use in Poland. It must have a diesel engine of at least 2,200 cm³ and 140 hp, a manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive and twin wheels on the rear axle. The wheelbase must be at least 4,100 mm, and the actual payload including the body must be at least 600 kg. The steel tipper body must be at least 3,000 mm long, and the hydraulic system must have a lifting capacity of at least 5 tonnes. Other requirements include air conditioning, a towbar for a trailer of up to 2,800 kg (subject to the vehicle's type approval), summer and winter tyre sets, and compliance with the EURO 6E emissions standard. The price must include delivery, operator training, a full fuel tank and AdBlue (if applicable), a five-year service package, and the required vehicle markings. The supplier must provide a user manual in Polish, a warranty book, a CE certificate, and the documents needed to register the vehicle in Poland. Delivery is due no later than 10 December 2026. The minimum warranty is 24 months; warranties of 36 or 48 months earn additional evaluation points. Price is worth 60 points and warranty length 40 points. The deadline for submitting offers is 12 October 2026 at 09:00. No separate turnover, financial standing, professional authorisation, or previous-experience requirements are set. The offer must include the offer form, price form, a declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply, and a register extract proving the signatory's authority or, where needed, a power of attorney. The offer must be submitted electronically with the required signature.
