Supply of two tractors and attachments to the Czarna Białostocka Municipality

Summary

The procurement is for the delivery of two tractors with attachments to the Czarna Białostocka Municipality. Bidders may submit an offer for Part I, Part II or both. • Part I: a 2025–2026 tractor with an engine of at least 2,400 cm³ and 55–70 hp, an unladen weight of 2,800–4,000 kg, a front loader lifting capacity of at least 1,200 kg and a rear lift capacity of at least 2,000 kg. The package also includes a spreader with a working width of 1,200–1,500 mm and a capacity of 250–500 litres, and a folding V-shaped snowplough 1.7–2 m wide. • Part II: a 2025–2026 tractor with an engine of at least 4,000 cm³ and 90–120 hp, an unladen weight of 4,000–5,000 kg, a front loader lifting capacity of at least 1,600 kg and a rear lift capacity of at least 3,000 kg. The package also includes a spreader with a working width of 1,300–1,600 mm and a capacity of 600–1,000 litres, and a folding V-shaped snowplough 2–2.5 m wide. A demonstration tractor with no more than 50 operating hours may be offered for either part. The tractor and attachments must be compatible and ready for use. The supplier must deliver and unload the package at its own cost and risk, provide the required documentation in Polish, grant a warranty of at least 24 months and carry out the first warranty inspection free of charge. The supplier must train at least two users and provide confirmation of the initial inspection at delivery. The notice sets a response time of up to 24 hours for a service request, while the draft contract allows up to three days for the service team to reach the user; this difference should be checked in the tender documents. The contracting authority is responsible for initial registration. The delivery deadline is 16 November 2026.
