Construction and expansion of the water-supply network in the Municipality of Łask

Summary

The procurement covers construction or expansion of water-supply networks in three locations in the Municipality of Łask. Lot I is a new network along a municipal road in Łask: approximately 247.75 m of PEHD100 PN10 SDR17 pipe, 110 × 6.6 mm, two above-ground fire hydrants and one DN100 gate valve. Lot II covers approximately 188.70 m of network in Rokitnica using the same pipe type, with two underground hydrants and DN100 and DN150 gate valves. Lot III covers approximately 104.60 m of network in Rokitnica using the same pipe type, with one above-ground hydrant and two DN100 gate valves. Each lot includes preparatory, earthworks, installation and reinstatement works and quality control. Connection of the new networks to the main network must take place under the supervision of the Łask water and wastewater company. Bidders may submit tenders for all three lots. Each lot must be completed within 45 days after the contract is signed. The tender must be signed and submitted using the prescribed form electronically. The offered warranty must be at least 60 months and no more than 72 months. Price accounts for 60% of the score and warranty duration for 40%. The tender guarantee is PLN 1,800 for Lot I, PLN 1,300 for Lot II and PLN 700 for Lot III. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price. Qualification requires evidence of at least two qualifying network-construction projects and one appropriately qualified water and sewer construction manager.
