Supply of a new waste collection vehicle

Summary

The contracting authority is purchasing one brand-new, 2026-manufactured heavy-duty vehicle for collecting and transporting waste, complete with a body equipped to empty MGB 80–1100 waste containers. The vehicle must be delivered to the authority’s premises in Konin no later than 60 days after the contract is signed; the bidder bears the delivery costs. On delivery, it must provide the registration documents, Polish-language operating and maintenance instructions and spare-parts catalogues, the CE declaration of conformity, warranty documents and two sets of original keys. It must also provide free training for the authority’s staff on operating the vehicle. Key vehicle requirements include a gross vehicle weight of 26,000 kg, a 6x2*4 drive configuration, at least 320 hp and 1,600 Nm, the EURO 6 emissions standard, and a single-compartment body with a capacity of at least 20 m³ and a compaction ratio of at least 1:4. The full technical and functional specifications are set out in the tender documents; bidders must confirm each one in the technical-parameters schedule. The offer must include a warranty of at least 24 months with no mileage limit and maintenance and repair service: scheduled servicing and warranty repairs are at the bidder’s expense, a service technician must arrive within 48 working hours, and a fault must be rectified within 72 working hours. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, warranty period for 20%, and delivery time for 20%; a 36- or 48-month warranty and delivery within 30 days earn additional points. A PLN 9,000 tender guarantee is required. To participate, the bidder must hold third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 and have completed at least two deliveries of the required vehicles during the last three years, each worth at least PLN 500,000 net. Bids must cover the complete procurement as a single lot.
