Sale and delivery of a new tractor – JG/9/2026

Summary

The procurement covers the sale and delivery of one new agricultural tractor manufactured in 2026 to the buyer’s premises in Żary. The tractor must have a basic mass of no more than 4,000 kg, a wheelbase of no more than 2,400 mm and an overall length of 4,100 mm. It must have a four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with common-rail injection, at least 100 hp, Stage V emissions compliance and a displacement of no more than 5,000 cm³. The fuel tank must hold at least 160 litres and the AdBlue tank at least 10 litres. The tractor must have electro-hydraulically selectable 4×4 drive, a self-locking differential and a 16/16 transmission with a maximum speed of 40 km/h, including powershift gears and a creeper gear. Required equipment includes a modem for real-time monitoring, a radio, telescopic wide-angle mirrors, LED headlights and work lights (4 front, 4 rear and 2 side), a multifunction display, an air-suspension seat, three rear hydraulic valves, three PTO speeds (540/540ECO/1000) and external PTO control. The front linkage must lift at least 2,800 kg and the rear linkage at least 5,000 kg. Also required are a 7-pin socket, one pair of front hydraulic couplings, category 2 linkage ends, electric lift controls on both rear mudguards, an automatic hitch, a sliding ball hitch, a 10-position mounting rail, an agricultural drawbar, a two-line pneumatic system and a hydraulic pump delivering at least 70 l/min. Tyres must be 480/65 R24 at the front and 540/65 R38 at the rear. The price must include delivery to the buyer’s premises at Św. Brata Alberta 8, Żary, training, on-site instruction and initial start-up. Handover will take place in the presence of the parties or their representatives. Polish-language technical and operating documentation must be provided on delivery. Delivery is due within 30 days of contract signature; a 1–14-day delivery offer scores more than a 15–30-day offer. The warranty must be at least 24 months, with 36 months scoring more highly. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, delivery time 20% and warranty 20%. The bid submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 09:00. A PLN 3,000 bid guarantee is required.
