Reconstruction and adaptation of a building for use as an institutional archive

Summary

The contract covers the reconstruction and conversion of part of a building at Warszawska 14 in Łask for use as an institutional archive. The works include installing or upgrading sanitary and water systems, electrical installations, mechanical ventilation, intruder alarms, and fire alarms detecting fire and smoke. The scope also includes, among other things, repairing or replacing floors, the roof, ceilings, windows and doors; altering walls; structural works; insulation; and sanitary, heating, ventilation and electrical installations. Bids may not be submitted for separate lots. The works must be completed within six months of contract signature. Construction works worth at least PLN 240,000 gross must be performed and settled by 22 December 2026. The bidder must provide a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee; the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty duration for 40%; the required warranty is 48–60 months, and the same period applies to liability for defects. Physical workers directly carrying out construction works and construction equipment operators must, where the relevant employment-law conditions apply, be employed under employment contracts.
