Repair of Regional Roads in Tarnów – Two Lots

Summary

The procurement covers the repair of two regional roads in Tarnów: Lot 1 is the section of Mroźna Street between Niedomicka Street and Sadowa Street; Lot 2 is the section of Mościckiego Street between Czysta Street and the bridge. Each lot includes milling the existing asphalt surface, constructing a new asphalt carriageway, adjusting manhole covers and valves, arranging and marking temporary traffic management, restoring permanent traffic arrangements and road markings, and completing finishing and clean-up work. The works must be completed within 30 days of contract signature. Bids may cover either or both lots, and prices must include all costs of the works. Bidders must meet the roadworks experience requirement for the relevant lot and provide a road-engineering site manager with the required qualifications and experience. The bid must include a declaration concerning exclusion grounds and participation conditions; bidders relying on another entity’s capacity must include that entity’s commitment. The tender guarantee is PLN 12,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 6,000 for Lot 2, due by 09:00 on 19 October 2026. The contractor must provide a quality guarantee of at least three years and liability for defects of at least five years, except for thin-layer road markings, for which the period is one year. Bids are evaluated on price (60 points), an extended liability period (up to 30 points) and the site manager’s additional experience (up to 10 points). Workers directly performing the works must be employed under employment contracts during contract performance; required material certificates and evidence must be provided at acceptance.
