Renovation and adaptation of premises for Emergency Care Centre No. 2 in Warsaw

Summary

The contract covers renovation and adaptation of the premises of Emergency Care Centre No. 2 in Warsaw. The works include, among other things, demolition, painting, upgrades to electrical, telecommunications and data, water and sewer systems, floor works, and installation of sanitary fittings. Work must start within five days of signing the contract and be completed no later than 18 December 2026. Bids must cover the complete project; partial bids and variants are not permitted. To participate, bidders must hold business-related third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000 and demonstrate that they properly completed at least three similar construction projects during the previous three years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 500,000. A list of personnel with qualifications and experience suitable for carrying out the work is also required. Attendance at the mandatory site visit on 7 October 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00 is required; absence results in rejection of the bid. The bid must include, among other items, the required declarations, personnel and works lists, insurance policy, and detailed cost estimate. The deadline for bids is 19 October 2026 at 10:00. The minimum warranty period for the works and installed equipment is 36 months; warranty periods of up to 60 months are considered in bid evaluation. Price carries 60 points and warranty period 40 points. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the contract's gross price. No bid security is required.
